SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

At Lemay, every garment is individually handmade with care and precision. Please read through our shipping and returns guidelines before placing your order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Standard Turnaround Time
  • All garments are made to order according to your selected size and length.
  • Standard processing takes 2–21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed before 12h00 midday will have that day included as the first production day.
  • For an estimated delivery date, please email us at lemay.rsa@gmail.com.
Express Turnaround Time
  • For urgent orders, we offer an express service of 1–7 working days.
  • An additional fee of R500 per order applies.
  • Please email us with your required dates before selecting this option to ensure your order can be delivered on time.
Delivery Charges & Areas
  • A flat delivery fee of R65 applies to all orders within South Africa.
  • We deliver nationwide via trusted local couriers.
  • Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.
  • Please note: we currently do not ship internationally.
Important Notes
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Once dispatched, Lemay is not responsible for courier delays, but we will gladly assist with tracking and updates if required.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because every garment is handmade to order, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges for:
  • Change of mind
  • Sizing preferences
  • General wear and tear
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We want you to love your Lemay piece. If your item is defective or not as described:
  1. Please email lemay.rsa@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include clear photos and a description of the issue.
  3. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
